1. When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 3 - 5 business days, with the exception of select made to order items that are manufactured off site. Please review each item carefully for special notes that may be included in the product listing. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your item ships.

2. How is my order shipped?

All items are shipped USPS first class mail or parcel post, with the exception of large originals which may shipped via UPS ground. This can take anywhere from 1 - 5 business days if you live in the United States, and 5-10 business days or more for International orders. Please note that on international orders, Customs can retain the package at their discretion for several weeks. There is no tracking for these shipments. If you would like to upgrade your shipping for tracking, please contact us before placing your order. Some domestic orders, depending upon size, and quantity may be shipped USPS priority mail which usually takes between 2-3 business days. We take great care to package your order. We are not responsible for any damage due to improper handling in the postal system.

3. What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final. However exchanges are an option on a per case basis. My customers are the BEST! and I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
